The LEAP Annual Homeschool Parent Support Dinner is coming up soon.

Friday, March 6

6:30 p.m.

First Presbyterian Church, 308 Broad Street, Milford, PA

Cost for LEAP members is $6.00 per person

Non-LEAP Members $12.00

This is a parent support dinner, no children allowed, no on-site babysitting available – start planning now.

This year’s guest speaker is Peter Armstrong, LEAP Board member for over 10 years.

Activities also include “are you smarter than your child” game and silent auction.  (anyone may bid and/or bring a new or like new item to donate for sale.)

Dinner consists of appetizers, buffet meal, dessert and hot and cold beverages.

4-H Business Meeting & Valentines’ Party

Today is the monthly 4-H Business Meeting/LEAP Student Council Meeting. We are also having a Valentines’ Party following the meeting. All LEAP students grades k-12 are welcome to attend.

NFA Planetarium

Hi Leaders,

We got this invitation through the 4-H Office for anyone to attend:

The NFA (Newburgh Free Academy) Planetarium will be running four public shows during the month of February.

The title of the presentation is “Follow the Drinking Gourd”.

The show is about the circum polar constellations (Big Dipper, Little Dipper, etc.) and how they are used for navigation.

Show dates and times are: Friday Feb 6 at 6:30 and 8:00 & Friday Feb 20 at 6:30 and 8:00
