We are now accepting enrollment forms for Spring 2010. Please feel free to send your forms at any time. Spring Semester begins January 29. Forms are due by January 1.
Any family in the Tri-State area of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania (or within reasonable distance from Port Jervis, New York) wishing to join LEAP should do the following (please be sure your oldest child is at least in Kindergarten, our Preschool & Nursery classes are full and for families with older students):
1. Please download and print the forms listed below.
2. Forward the Pastoral Referral Letter to your current Pastor. Ask the Pastor to complete the form and mail it directly to the L.E.A.P. address at the bottom of the form.
